In our first session, we will establish boundaries to create a safe space where everyone can share openly. Each family member will express their needs for feeling secure, and outline their goals. Together, we will craft the customised Family Playbook, your guide to building the family relationships you want. Each week, we will focus on one goal, with homework to practice and reinforce what we have discussed.

Session Structure

Sessions are conducted weekly over 12 weeks to allow time for gaining self-awareness, learning, and practicing new skills. There will be a midway review at the sixth week to assess progress and provide feedback. We will collaboratively work on strengthening skills and implementing strategies to support growth. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring a balance between structured guidance and open communication.

Expectations and Commitment

The process is most effective when all participants are actively engaged, attend sessions consistently, and are willing to participate to achieve transformation. A contract will be required to agree on the collaboration as it pertains to my profession as an MBACP accreditation registered psychotherapist.
