In our first session, we will establish boundaries to create a safe space where everyone can share openly. Each family member will express their needs and outline their goals. Together, we will work on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and creating the lasting family connections you want.

12 weeks of guided support (weekly sessions)
Midway review at week 6 to check progress and adjust

Each session is tailored to your needs, giving space for both self-awareness and new skills that strengthen family bonds.
Expectations and Commitment
This process is most effective when all participants are:
Actively engaged in the sessions
Consistent in attendance
Open to inner work and growth
A contract will be required in line with my profession as an MBACP-accredited psychotherapist, ensuring ethical and safe practice.
