The R.E.N.E.W.™ Circle is a small, carefully held group for mothers who are ready to stop carrying this alone.

This is not about fixing your child.
And it is not about revisiting the past endlessly.

It is about:

  • understanding what has happened

  • releasing what is not yours to carry

  • and rebuilding a steady, grounded sense of self

What You Will Experience

Over 12 weeks, you will be supported to:

  • Make sense of your experience without losing yourself in it

  • Gently release guilt, shame, and self-blame

  • Understand the patterns that may have shaped your relationship

  • Learn how to respond rather than react

  • Develop boundaries that feel clear and self-respecting

  • Reconnect with your identity beyond motherhood

  • Begin creating a life that feels meaningful again

This experience is guided by my R.E.N.E.W.™ Method, a structured but gentle process:

  • Explore emotional patterns, family dynamics, and your responses

  • Neutralise guilt and inherited beliefs that keep you stuck

  • Empower new ways of relating—with clarity and steadiness
