Blooming Families

MBACP accredITED PSYCHOTHERAPIST, mSc. pSYCHOLOGy

Hi, I am Diana, Therapeutic Parent Coach and Founder of Blooming Families.
I help parents reconnect with their estranged adult children after a relationship breakdown.

Through compassionate guidance and practical tools, I support families in breaking generational cycles, setting healthy boundaries, and building deeper, lasting connections.

Sometimes, after we have done all we can as parents, the most loving thing we can do is trust—by stepping back and allowing our children to find their own way.

My Approach

I believe that growth begins with self-awareness and a willingness to rewrite our story. Many of the struggles we face in relationships, over-giving, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling emotionally drained—stem from unhealed childhood wounds.

At Blooming Families, I guide parents through the therapeutic process to do the inner work, breaking generational cycles, cultivating healthy parent and adult-child relationships.
